Ayam Penyek @ Dapur Penyek

While waiting for my dad getting his feet treated, i had a lunch at Maju Junction. Been here beofre to try this ayam penyek. this is the 2nd time. 

Tastewise: moderate. not as tasty as ayam penyek api. but not that bad. since i missed ayam penyek so much, i just had this one. 

Portion: the chicken served was very generous. it gives u additional sambal if u asked. soup is quite tasty. can refill too. basically, the meal will full your stomach nicely.

Drink: i had a 3 layer tea. not so sweet. they used gula melaka instead of white sugar. so, it fulfill my taste just nice.

Price: Reasonable around KL area. I think for the whole set, i paid around RM15. the drink is quite pricey RM4.50.

McCafe: Mocha frappe & Blueberry Cheesecake

Cake is quite pricey but the taste is so cheesy. worth trying. better share the cake than try to eat it alone. so thick.

My friends are organising this breaking fast event with the orphanage of Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim Kasih Harmoni, Paya Jaras, Sg Buluh. The proposed date is on 3 Aug 2013.

First time experience exercising in Gym. Got a RM60 voucher from Groupon. 

Not a bad place. Very quiet and privacy.

Place was small. The size of the gym is as big as the changing room. But it's ok. Since it's not crowded with people and less noisy.

Staff are friendly too. Can ask them for any assistance. 

They also had several activities for gym user like health talk, dance, lake run, waterfall visit etc.

Other than gym facilities, i am accessible to sauna, jacuzi, swimming pool. use all but not pool. time is so limited and  i was so busy with work.

The gym was located at:

Ground Floor, Grand Dorsett Subang

Near the terrace restaurant and pool, 1 floor below the lobby

Sometime, i park for free.
