New Zealand - Car Rental @ Jucy NZ

Some important information to share on renting a car while in Auckland.

Why we chose Jucy NZ

1- Discover from other blogger that they offer cheap / affordable rate
2- Near airport, so easy to pick up and return the car
3- Don't know about other rental agencies

Tips:
For peace of mind, chose package with insurance coverage with no excess / no bond.

Vehicle:
Since there were 4 of us, so we chose a Sedan car, Nissan Sunny. Plenty of spaces to load our luggage and still convenient to keep 4 adult comfortably through hours of journey.

Cost of rental:
Average daily rate = NZD27.25 per day x 8 days = RM218
Stress free cover = NZD17 per day x 8 days = NZD136

Amount to be paid when pick up the car.
Visa accepted.
Just make sure you bring your recent driving licence card (the one with photo like IC card)

If we going to return the car after office hour, the agency will ask the hirer to just leave the car outside their compound and drop the key at the key box. And dont forget to fuel up the tank.

Review:
Well, basically we rent a used car aged more than 10 years. But the car was well maintained. No breakdown occurred during the trip. Only 2 rim cap missing on our way back to Auckland. Luckily, they did not charge us anything. That's the good part of taking full coverage. You no need to worry about minor incident like missing a rim cap. Nevertheless, we still had an amazing trip across North Island, from Auckland to Wellington with this old car.

Sweet September

September went too fast.. too many things happened in September. I have nothing much to say. No complaint at all. Just a millions thankful and grateful to Allah S.W.T for blessing me with everything in this world. I'm so thankful that after so many many years, Allah let me to him. I'm speechless. Everything happened in just a blink of eyes. i can't think much. i just go with the flow. He, the Almighty knows everything and He knows what best for me, at the right time and with the right person. If he is meant for me, he will be. Not too early and not too late. He is beyond my imagination. He is never been in my checklist, so called. But he was there, in front of me. Looking at me. Besides me. And i, no other than feel blessed and so blessed. Thank you Allah for this wonderful gift.

To u,
I love you b.

Beauty: Luxe by Nail Parlour

Princess time..yeah...
Feel life indulging myself with me time today. Despite of some hiccup early in the morning, i still manage to reach KLCC around the estimated target time, 11.20am instead of 11.00 am. This time, i decided to use touch n go for my parking instead of normal parking card, avoiding queue and supporting the cashless transaction initiative. I continue driving while looking for the Ladies Parking signage. Heading to another level and straightly get a nice spot in front of the entrance to the mall.

First spot, was not Luxe. it was the TGV. At first, i was queuing with the rest of the moviebuffers but later saw another counter showing "maybank..blabla.. customer"... dedicated counter for maybank cards for both debit and credit. straightly, i left the queue and went to the maybank counter. after 5 minutes, i got myself a ticket for "the fault in our stars" and continue to the hall. i missed the 1st 10 minutes part, but it's ok. the movie was so-so. not so connected with the stories since it was basically cancer-death-love story relationship. It ended at 1.15pm and decided to perform my prayer first.

A quick lunch with auntie anne's pretzel and its lemonade. Actually, i tapau my meal and bring it to the Luxe. Once i reached the outlet, i was greeted by a very friendly ladystaff. politely invited me for a sit and showing me the menu. i had made up my mind earlier, so i just choose, a flavor for the pedi spa and normal service for manicures.

The signage at the entrance

Before manicures treatment, take pics
manicure was done after pedicure spa and it took about 30 - 40 minutes plus chit chatting with Ja Pan and Moe. very friendly and nice staff
Manicure does not include buffing. Buffing will cost u additional RM15. but it worth it.

My pedi spa choices "Valley of the roses"
We spent about 45 minutes on this treatment.

RM155 without masque, RM175 with masque for pedi.
Rm125 for mani with masque

The entrance view from ISETAN and kinokuniya
The spa can accommodate 4 customers for pedi, 3 for mani, 2 in the spa room in one time.

Come with a complementary coffee or tea. I chose cappuccino from their various selection. The coffee was beautifully brewed. You can see through the layers appeared. I was so amazed at first, thought they are also good at brewing coffee. But, discovered later, it was made with nescafe dolce machine. em. not a bad one. it taste as good as freshly brewed from the coffee maker machine. nice.

Service: Tip top.
