Our first trip with Malindo Air. Bought a reasonable return ticket from Subang to JB. Around RM120. Wake up very early in the morning to catch up 6 o'clock flight. Had our prayer in the prayer room available here.

Ticket. The material used is much better than air asia. err.. why i am so particular about the material.? just another habit. i love to scrubbing my finger on a any object. just to feel its more.
Since we still have a bit time fore departure, we had a breakfast at mcD
The famous chicken wrap. sooo sooo disappointed with it. very2 smalllllllllllllllllll.. i hate u advertising. i was cheated.
Here, our flight. apparently it was not 6 o'clock flight. maybe 7 something. forgot the time. or maybe because of delay.
The finishing are still brand new. And the flight smell good too.
Complimentary of mineral water and crackers. luckily we had mcd earlier cause we wont get another meal until late afternoon.
what can i remember from my trip with Malindo?? emm... nothing strange.. ooo... the issue is not during the flying day but prior to it. i had a challenge buying the ticket. this was my second time after cambodia air. i can't understand why my payment can't go through. i tried so many times and i only had several days before the departure. hotel already booked. so cannot cancel la. then, i made an attempt to call the malindo customer service. and to my surprise, they picked up the phone and assist me until i received my ticket via email. i made the payment via phone also and it was cheaper than website and safe transaction.
So, i would give a credit for Malindo for such a great service assisting my purchase plus the location of Malindo Air in Subang is such a convenient.
Keep up a good work Malindo Air.
