At Taman Maju Jaya, Johor Bahru.
1 minute walk to Plaza Pelangi.
Close to mamak restaurant (E&Y) - open 24hrs
Groceries shops, workshops, clinics and other 1 star hotel/motel.
4 minutes drive or by taxi to CIQ/JB Central

Interior of the room:
Room is painted in green with flying bird decorated on the wall.
A queen size bed with very huge mirror above the bed, one mirror on the left side of the bed where wash basin was located. Another mirror is on the door to the bathroom.
The room is clean and it's smell good.

Negative points:
No cupboard or cabinet gor clothes. But it was replaced with some spiral hang between one wall to another that allowed us to hang our clothes.
No fridge. Sad sad. Cannot keep my choc and drinks cold.
32 inch lcd tv with Astro but more chinese program. dont understand it and the signal is not that clear.
No gym, no sauna, no pool and no deck for sight seeing.
Space is fully utilised. Not enough area to stand and walk. Better lay down on bed and watch movie.
Others:
Vending machine at 2nd floor
Magazines at IT area.
Free usage of PCs for guest and freeflow of juice.

Basically, i love having a time for myself. And for a solo traveler, get a place where the security is excellent and close to mall, clinic and public spots.
