Shopping Mall?? Not really except strolling along the luxury outlets.
Arts?? YES... this is what Singapore is famous with. Arts along the corridors. if you have been in Singapore ever since, they will have every wall, floor, ceiling and everything used. There are no unused space in Singapore.
